bpwallace49
What does "theoretically white" mean? It means that creative license can be taken in a comic adaptation to a movie.
tazinib1
Havn't seen it yet. Not because I don't want to, I just don't have the time while on this movie. I might partake in a matinee next weekend.
kpholmes
Isn't Nick Fury white? Actually in 2001 when Marvel revamped Nick Fury, they tailored "Ultimate Nick Fury" after Samuel L. Jackson - and when Jackson noticed the similarity, he contacted Marvel to secure the role in any future movies. Pretty savvy on his part - securing a role 10 years early in what would be a blockbuster series of movies by Marvel. TimC
What does "theoretically white" mean? It's like when people forget Obama's mother was white and still claim he's the first black President? ETA: Good to hear the movie is decent. From the previews, this one looked to be the weakest of the bunch. Edited May 9, 2011 by TimC
Avernus
Theoretically in the comics . . yes. he's been black too.....it's strange and weird like that....he shows no bias racially...

tazinib1
did anyone see the 3D version? was it worth it? Please stop watching that garbage. It's a joke in my industry. There are only a handful of people that actually still into the 3D rage. It's dying out quickly. As soon as the studios wake up and see the dismal 3D market, they too, will wake up and stop with the 3D nonsense.

Avernus
seems like most reviews about most 3D movies say that. also my vision isn't all retarded after the movie....so I give a for no 3D
Chargerz
Just saw this movie in 3-D today and thoroughly enjoyed it. Portman was great as always and the rest of the cast performed well too. Can't wait to see the rest of the Marvel movies in the future!
