darin3 Posted August 2, 2011 Share Posted August 2, 2011 I have a Garmin nuvi, and made the mistake of leaving it in my vehicle one day and the heat's done something to screw it all up. It works fine indoors. That's right, indoors... because once it gets into my car and on the dash, the unit heats back up and the screen is rendered inoperable. I did some Googling and apparently this isn't too rare of an issue. That all said, I'm in the market for a new one. Does anyone have one that they no longer use? Square Posted August 2, 2011 Share Posted August 2, 2011 (edited) Um, I have a garmin that is a few years old (maybe 4) that I don't use. The maps might be a little old for you though. The only thing it's missing is the cable to plug in (min usb no one side and car adapter on the other). PM me your info if you want it.
