Kris N
i'm actually starting 5 players from my draft (with 1 more on my bench) and my opponent in the championship is starting 6. we both had injuries to key players (me=Best, him=FJax and Jennings), but still both had solid drafts with depth to fill in and keep rolling. We were amazed when we looked at that, usually less than half your starters are left from your draft at the end, but with Mccoy, Megatron, Rivers, Marshall, Harvin and Ravens D.....didnt have too many holes to fill on the rest of the roster
SecondString
In the finals this week, with only LeSean McCoy remaining from my originally drafted team.
detlef
In the team that's still alive and in the finals: 2 QB league Arian Foster Tom Brady Frank Gore Matt Ryan Percy Harvin Patrick Willis Just waived Mark Ingram this week
kevinkris
My one team almost my whole team was drafted! Eli Rice Benson Austin Nicks Hernandez The only one i am playing who I didn;t draft is cruz! Also my kicker/def I didn't draft but I always draft those two last and just try too choose a good week 1 matchup so it doesn't really count. I had a really good draft for this team as I also had Fred Jackson and Britt when they got hurt. They helped while they played. My other team in the finals mccoy mathews austin marshall finley My wrs could change as I also have robinson/cruz/jackson and need 3 out of the 5. Again had a good draft beside's my qbs. Also finley has sucked but stuck with him every week for some reason.
FinZone
Ya I went straight to WW after draft cause I wasn't a fan of my RB's and for a while had AP, CJ, & Freddy Jax all healthy and producing but that span of a few weeks is long gone. My opponent starting line-up if you look is all draft except Def & K which doesn't really count...
markgugs
league 1: still have White, Marshall, Greene, Tolbert, Vernon Davis league 2: still have Stafford, V.Jackson, Maclin, Witten, Tolbert * I had McFadden in both leagues ** in league 2, I drafted Rodgers & Felix Jones, trading them for Rice & Graham, who are obviously still on my roster
Judge Smales
Drafted 1st overall in a 12 team league. Ended up keeping my first 8 picks (acutally 9 since my 9th was Sidney Rice who went on IR then I dropped him), and my last round pick K (Crosby) Went AP, Mike Wallace, Marshall, Ryan, Benson, Reggie Bush, Santana Moss, Daniel Thomas. Luckily Bush and Benson carried me enough while AP was out, had to juggle a WR3 a few weeks but outside of that did ok juggling D's and picking up F Davis at TE. Still in our top in total points for a few $$ and in the Super Bowl. Got a little lucky with seeding / draws in the playoffs where I don't have to play the strongest team until this week in the playoffs, but I'll take it. markgugs
made lots of trades, two biggest of which was Rodgers for Forte not for nothing, but that was a terrible trade. at the time, not knowing he would get hurt
FinZone
Drafted 1st overall....Luckily Bush and Benson carried me enough while AP was out, Same here, tho it was Percy Harvin alone who carried me through weeks 13 & 14 (Playoff round)...ADP not suiting up turned out to be clutch for me cause I don't think I be in champ game otherwise (33, 16 pts those weeks)
injendsm
In my money league I still have Megatron, Rice, Forte, Romo, Big Ben, Julio Jones & VJax. That's the most stability I've ever had in that league and it was also the best draft I've had while in said league. The first three have started every week until Forte went down and I swapped Reggie Bush into the RB2 spot.
markgugs
I like taking chances. Since I started taking more and more chances in trading a couple years ago, I've gotten much better. Got my first real championship last year in BLNY and Huddle Ladder and am in the finals in three real leagues this year. (I don't consider four championships in my local all that special cuz my friends don't know what they're doing). As Thews40 says, take chances and trade! don't get me wrong, I agree with that mentality, but you should have gotten more for Rodgers is all I'm saying I traded Rodgers too, after week 5, for Ray Rice & Jimmy Graham
