ob187
My best choice is to probably trade one of my WRs: BMarsh, Calvin or Wayne for Cam Newton and a lower WR (Andre Johnson, Mike Williams or Brian Hartline) Thoughts?
mow7
If I'm in ur position I go for Palmer first. He has been playing very well lately and has a great matchup this week against the Saints. He's also not considered an elite quarterback, but is a top 10 fantasy QB, Newton is not as of right now. My bet is u can come away with a steal and not do a lot of damage to ur team. If whoever has Palmer has a better QB try offering them DMC and a bench receiver. If they don't go for it then Maybe Newton and Dre is a better option. Andre is starting to look like his old, self he's been out of sync this season coming off his injury but he's starting to look healthy and dangerous. Anthrax1
I'll bet Fitz is available. He's coming off a good game and going against Miami. Edited November 13, 2012 by Anthrax1
ob187
Top 5 QBs on the waivers are: Ponder Bradford Weeden Sanchez Locker Tannihill
Piranha-z
I think your best option is to grab Bradford and roll with him until Ben is back. I don't see a trade benefitting you enough to make it worth it unfortunately. At least Bradford has scored in double digits his last 5 games. Croe
I agree with Piranha unless you could pull off a DMC for Palmer and Hartline. That may work. Its tough to deal DMC, I know I have him and am toying with the idea myself. http://forums.thehuddle.com/index.php?/topic/392174-trade-good-or-bad/
ob187
I could also try Bmarsh for RG3 and either Hartline or mike Williams
Croe
You could try Marsh for RG3. As a RG3 owner I would definitely take that trade, but I have Matt Ryan. So if the owner has a good back up I wouldn;t see why he wouldn;t want that trade. http://forums.thehuddle.com/index.php?/topic/392174-trade-good-or-bad/ Edited November 13, 2012 by Croe
ob187
Well he has Cam as his other Qb. Should I ask for Hartline or mike Williams in return?

ob187
Ok my two trade offers will be: Bmarsh for RG3 and mike Williams And Calvin for Palmer and Maclin
Croe
I like em http://forums.thehuddle.com/index.php?/topic/392174-trade-good-or-bad/ Edited November 13, 2012 by Croe
turbinator
Just so you know, Maclin is a little banged up. Not sure if it will keep him from playing but he'll definitely be less than 100% plus he'll have Foles at QB now too which won't help. ob187
Well the Palmer owner just has DThomas, Nate Washington, Maclin and randy moss as his WR
turbinator
There's no way a Wayne for Palmer and Maclin would work? I'd hate to give up Calvin. If I am the Palmer owner and he's the backup QB, I'd definitely give him and Maclin up to upgrade to Wayne
mow7
I agree Wayne for Palmer is your best choice
ob187
I could try Wayne for Palmer and Maclin first. Do u think that's my best option?
turbinator
I think that's a good deal for both teams. And as long as Maclin is on the field, he's not a bad WR3 option.
mow7
I would try that you should really hold onto Marshall and Calvin. Maclin is a ? with Foles throwing to him but is still a solid play.
ob187
He's also offering Brees but not sure what it would take to get Brees
turbinator
Probably way too much. You're getting good value in the Palmer trade. Brees will likely cost you a lot more. And who knows, Palmer's production may be very close to Brees' for the rest of the season.
mow7
Brees would be worth it over Palmer If you could get him for either Marshall or Calvin if you could find a good WR option off waivers. I would expect Brees to be very costly though.
