wwhite217
So i'm the commish in a 12 team PPR league, and I said everyone could trade theur draft order, for example the 2nd spot for the 5th spot. One of the teams wants to trade his 1st for someones 2nd and 4th. I am thinking that wouldn't be fair to everyone else as he would have an extra player in the early rounds. Should I allow this or no? tazinib1
Let your league trade as they wish...it will all work out in the end. If you are questioning trades before the season even gets under way, then you have a long road ahead of you my friend. Have trust in the people you have acquired for your league that they can make decisions without guidance from a commish.

Axe Elf
LOL If you say they can trade picks and then don't let them do it, what's the point?
wwhite217
Okay, thanks guys. Like I said I was allowing them to trade their position.
Whiskey Pimp
Okay, thanks guys. Like I said I was allowing them to trade their position. So your thinking was just to allow draft position to change but not actually acquiring different picks. So if I drew the 8th slot and didn't want it and the guy who drew the #2 slot wanted to trade we would change spots throughout the whole draft? Instead of that, don't draw for random draft order, just pick names and let the owner choose their slot. First name out of the hat can choose whatever slot from 1-12 he/she wants and then so on. wwhite217
That's an awesome idea Whiskey, I will do that next year. We have already pulled the draft order from a hat so it's all set now. But I'm going to let them trade whatever picks they want.
