theirish
Alright, so I have somebody who wants AP. He offered me D. Bryant/Charles for AP/Andre Johnson. There was no way I was going to do that. I'm thinking about countering AP/ A. Johnson/ D. Ricahdson for Charles/D. Bryant/McCoy. Am I crazy for thinking he would even accept this trade? This is a standard 10 man, non-ppr league, (1qb, 2 rbs, 2 wrs, 1 flex, 1 te, 1 def, 1k). Just wanted to get everyones opinion. I got at rb: AP, Chris Johnson, MJD, and D. Richardson and wr got A. Johnson, D. Bowe, P. Garcon, V. Brown and Thompkins. I also got Romo at qb. He's got at rb Mccoy, Charles, L. Miller, and hilman. And Wr: Bryant, Wayne, Nicks, and S. Rice and his qb is Newton. Maybe someone else is seeing a different trade that is possible....just not a fan of his wr's except for Bryant. Just want to know your opinions. I would say "don't be greedy" but I think your counteroffer is an even worse deal for you--so--BE GREEDY and take the first deal!
Def.
I would highly doubt he would go for your counter offer. You essentially offering him your 1st and 4th RB for his 1st and 2nd RB (and a swap of your 1st WR). AP is awesome, but thats alot. Unfortunately his WR are too thin which is going to make either AJ or Bowe part of your deal no matter what (provided Bryant is one of the main factors in the trade.) I guess it comes down to what you want. You're not going to strengthen your RBs without essentially swapping your teams (AP/CJ2K or MJD/AJ - Charles/McCoy/Bryant) and even then I would walk away if the other team. If you want to strengthen your WR at the cost of your RB, maybe counter AP/Bowe - Charles/Bryant. Otherwise you'll probably have little choice but to take the original offer. Seattle Sucks
Charles will be good but not AP good or enough to close the gap between AJ and Dez imo. Even though I think Dez is going to have a monster year. Offer him your counters and have him over pay since he wants AP so much. It's not that bad of a trade though. theirish
Yeah as I assumed he didn't take the trade, and yes I knew I was extremely under-cutting him. I like charles, i'm just not as high on him as some people. I'm tyring to figure out how I can bryant/mccoy. I just don't think it's possible to where I feel comfortable. I want to offer him Mjd or cj (his choice) and A. Johnson and someone like garcon, but once again i'm not sure if he will do this trade. Anybody think any chance? PyroKid911
His original trade is great IMO. Top 3 RB and top 3 WR for #1 RB and a WR whos probably a WR 2 at best. Your counter trade proposal is ridiculous.
