OBJ was in the endzone hoping to return that 61 yard FG had it been short. I saw him looking up at the ball as it went through the goal posts and thought what if that ball was barely clearing the crossbar instead of the healthy margin it sailed over by - could OBJ have jumped up and knocked the ball down for a blocked field goal?

No.  That would be goaltending which is not allowed.

Under Section 3 of Unsportsmanlike Conduct. Article 1, subsection (s):

Quote

GOAL TENDING
(s) Goal-tending by a defensive player leaping up to
deflect a kick as it passes above the crossbar of a
goalpost is prohibited. The Referee could award three
points for a palpably unfair act (12-3-3).
