DisillusionedBillsfan
I'm winning 103.10 to 101.60 in ppr. Opponent was done last night, I still have Funchess tonight. Should I bench him in case something like a fumble doesn't cost me points? 1 point for reception, .1 a yard, -2 for a fumble.
Griffin_Morrow
lol if you want to, yes. That's called icing a victory.
Vato22
No never bench a guy when the score is that close. You have to take stat corrections into play. I have seen people thinking they won, only to find out Thursday (when the stat corrections come thru) that they lost. It's happened twice this year in both of the leagues I'm in. jiggidyjj
I would not bench. Also, most leagues have points as tiebreakers. I've seen people left out of the playoffs by less than 5 points so every point counts. If it's a ppr then he would have to get a catch to fumble, so would be almost impossible to lose even if he say, caught a ball, fumbled, got hurt for the rest of the game he still would be at -1 points. borge007
Do total points affect your playoff chances? If they do and you are not WAY ahead in total points-then I would not consider benching Funchess tonight.
Pazzoman
sure if you want, however I doubt the dez incident would happen again. Heard many players who lost by a point due to dez fumble last season, since it was his only catch...so -
