forever in debt to mo lewis
I was into the rb value article....and noticed a glaring omission by my account......now I'm not genius but I know a thing or two about football I noticed tj yeldon wasn't in your top 60 or even honorable mention......now one might glance down at my roster and say "you are only saying this because you think you are smart and you drafted him".....but of course I drafted him because I think hes a decent longshot and the price was too good imo I looked at my board in the 14th and couldn't believe he was still sitting there...couldn't believe the fournette owner hadn't taken a crack...when a few other handcuffs were off the board I know some people are looking at grant.....but from what ive heard this summer yeldon is the best pass catching and blocking back on the team period....hes got the build to be an every downer......and fournette, as we know, has a history......the jax lead spot, in the event that fournette goes down, is an advantageous one......even if he were in a split with grant at that point hes a decent flex/spot start....likely to get the redzone/goal work........ both yeldon and grant had good showings in the their preseason game...but yeldon had a pretty damn good showing in their 2nd one are people assuming grant is now the handcuff to fournette? or that its too difficult to tell who would be? I personally think yeldon is the best bet......certainly worth at least top 60 rb consideration
DMD
I almost included him at the bottom. I have him currently ranked at #63. He has fantasy value as the third-down back but Grant's presence makes him less likely to be a 1:1 fill-in if Fournette gets injured. He is the highest ranked RB that I did not include in the sleeper/value piece.

FFC doesn't have yeldon in the top 60, no data after 60. Thanks for setting me straight Opie....i goofed n skipped right over the part where it says its from mfl ADP....thought it was huddle rankings Still find it a bit suprising yeldon isn't considered a top 60 guy...I guess with so much competition that can break either way and pass catching specialists there isn't room for someone like him in a top 60
Inziladun
Yeldon is definitely the back to own if Fournette goes down. But as a Jags fan, trust me, we've been down this road before. Yeldon has taken some strides in Preseason but he's NOT who the Jags want to be their bell cow. If Fournette was to go down we're looking at a rotation situation, with Yeldon sitting at the top of the depth chart. That being said, Jags run the ball enough that he may be profitable regardless...
