Playoff RBs

Answering my own post: my gut says SJax, Bell and Bennett. Bell seems to be getting better each week, and even an ass like Martz realizes that you gotta give the rock to Jackson a lot.

with the exception of Bennett & Smith...... they're all only playing one game so not sure how it will go. B)

SJax will get the load IMO for the lambs.

Droughns & Bell will share carries IMO.

I think Onterrio will get significant carries in Green Bay, but once they travel to Philly in 2 weeks :D ..... I think Bennett gets more involved.

In the NFC championship me thinks Mewelde Moore gets in on the action.

for the Super Bowl, i think they dig up Chuck foreman from the grave & he gets 150 & 2. :D

Would you use any of these guys in a play-off league msaint? Assuming that you can't change your lineup once the play-offs start, none of these guys seem reliable. The Broncos will most certainly lose to the Colts and the Vikes and Rams will probably go down early as well.

Not much else left at RB in playoff draft (i pick #8 out of 8, went vick, daunte first) except Staley, but he's also rbbc with Bus, so i might load up on possible big points over position, and go with WRs whether they get knocked out in round 1 or not (R.Moss, Holt) or whether their production is unpredictable (Wayne, Plaxico/Hines)

rbs left: droughns/bell, faulk/sjax, staley, minny rbs...might have to play it "safe" with duce.

We didn't draft in the two leagues that I'm participating in. That's tricky, maybe Duce or Jackson.

figuring all rbs were the same at this point, i went with wrs on a team likely to play a couple games, if not make it to the big one (if they get by the pats, that is :D ) -- i took plax and ward. almost went r. wayne and plax, but ward should at least get a td or two. now i'll get some crappy rbs but, at least i can find someone who can punch in a td in one game (moe williams, sjax, droughns, bell, bennett...)

Single elimination; team loses, guy is out; all about total points. So far my squad is:

1 QB: Vick

2 RB: ??

2 WR: Plax and Hines

1 WR/TE: ?

1 Flex: Daunte (can be QB/WR/RB/TE)

Roling the dice with duante, playing it safer with vick, hines, plax.

Looks pretty good to me. Good luck finding a decent rb.
