And regarding his turnovers (a frequent critique) he had 16 INTs and lost 2 fumbles. Big deal! QBs like Trent Green and Delhomme had more than that. In my QB scoring system (4pt for passing TDs) this is how Brooks has done over the last four years: 2001 289.4 points (18.1 point per game average) 2002 283.9 points (17.7 PPG average) 2003 264.8 points (16.8 PPG average) 2004 279.8 points (17.5 PPG average) He isn't a top 5 QB, IMO. And I'll concede that he is painful to watch due to his reckless play. However, he hasn't missed a game in 4 years and his stats are what they are: stable.
