So my question is essentially about my RB's. Currently I have Eckeler and Barkley locked in as my RB1 &2 (no worries here). My issue is with my FLEX play ... I have Etienne plugged in and although Peterson says the Jags plan on playing the starters I am concerned they pull Etienne early. Because of this, I picked up Tyler Algier on waivers. So the question is, would you feel ok with starting ETN given this information or plug in Algier knowing he gets a full game worth of volume. This is full-PPR and for all the marbles. I appreciate any opinions regarding this - thanks in advance. p.s. - I was favored to win, but my opponent had TE Shultz, Cee Dee Lamb and now we are about projected even as far as points

Cleared for Week 17 action Ekeler (knee) doesn't carry an injury designation for Sunday's game against the Rams after practicing fully Friday. Analysis: Ekeler logged limited sessions Wednesday and Thursday, but the running back's return to a full session Friday paves the way for him to face the Rams on Sunday. Assuming no in-game setbacks, Ekeler -- who has logged a total of 16 TDs in 15 games to date -- should see enough carries and targets Week 17 to continue to maintain fantasy relevance as the Chargers' clear-cut top backfield option.

good thing is there are no Saturday games this week so I guess continue to monitor his progress and hopefully the injury report will include details on Ekeler's usage if he is active. I know they have locked up a playoff spot but not sure if they would still want to win out to improve their seeding?

I would think Kelley is a good play if Ekeler is out (without seeing your roster)
