The others will be defended. I'm not trying to defend them myself, we've been through that over and over, I'm just predicting what the NFL will say. I also do not think that Holmgren will be fined. I don't think the NFL apologizes for this 1,they had to in the Colt game because the whole world seen that that ref either did not watch the replay or was flat out cheating, on judgement calls they can get away with whatever they want. As far as fining Porter, I never was the biggest fan of Porter but the guy was right and I am only amazed the rest of the team acted like sheep and kept quiet about it. the NFL tried to cheat them, if you don't speak out on something like that then you should never speak out about anything. The officiating played FAR too prominent a part in the game, and the part it played was that of ticky-tack or flat-out blown calls. The NFL should be looking for ways to prevent an embarrassment like this from occurring again as opposed to lightening wallets of the participants. There's no question about it." 1312558[/snapback] I suppose if you want to go by the rationale that the 5 or 6 blown calls only affected a couple of game changing plays and the refs got the other 120 plays correct, you could say that if was "well-officiated."
