Squeegiebo
Hines Ward wasn't much of a factor either. He's still appears to be nowhere near 100% I also think he's far from 100%. But I think Ben's issues are a major factor in Ward's being a non-factor. Did you hear them tell the story about Cowher stopping practice to hand out a "game ball" when Ben actually completed a pass to Hines? jjpro11
I think 85 was hammered a lot harder last week than he was willing to admit. Hines Ward wasn't much of a factor either. He's still appears to be nowhere near 100% johnson hasnt done oh poopy vs the steelers in his past 4 games.. he got rocked, but hes perfectly healthy. ike taylor and deshea townsend both had pretty good games.. we just kept shooting ourselves in the foot giving the bengals the ball back. you cant do that with a high powered offense. ward is definitely not 100%.. nobody seems to be saying it, but neither is troy polamalu. their defense is still looking even better than last year though, but troy is playing hurt as well. this is one of the few times the steelers have needed an early bye. ward needs and troy need to heal and ben needs to get his head screwed on straight. its time for the willie reid punt returning era to begin in pittsburgh. that is what he was drafted for and that is what we need right now. holmes and coke are downright scary everytime they field a punt. it was only a matter of time before one of them cost us big time.
