Southwestern White Chili Prep-20 min Cook-Low 7 hrs/High 3.5 hrs CP-3 1/2 to 6 qt. 1 cup chopped onion 4 cloves garlic, minced 2 teaspoons ground cumin 1 teaspoon dried oregano 1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper 3- 15 1/2 oz cans Great Northern beans, drained and rinsed 2- 4 oz cans diced green chile peppers 4- cups chicken broth 3 cups chopped cooked ckicken(or Turkey) 2 cups shredded Montery Jack cheese(8 oz) ** Sour Cream and more Green chilis as condiments for the top*** Step 1- In CP place onion, garlic, cumin, oregano, red pepper, beans, 2 cans chile peppers, broth, and cooked chicken/turkey. Stir to combine. Step 2- Cover and Cook on desired temp and time. Then stir in cheese until melted. Step 3- Ladle chili into bowls, garnish if desired with sour cream and additional green chili's. WildCard Weekend AFC- Pats handle Jets 31 to 17, Cheifs run down Colts 24 to 21 NFC- Eagles take the G-Men 20 to 16, Seahawks corral the Boys 23 to 17 Bon Appetite and Good Luck on the Homer Front and Smack Down Wise-Peace PD.
