Eagles RB Brian Westbrook (abdomen), S Brian Dawkins (neck), LT William Thomas (knee) and CB Lito Sheppard (knee) are all inactive tonight. TE L.J. Smith (groin) is also out. For the Giants, RB Brandon Jacobs (knee) will miss his third game, as expected. Derrick Ward (ankle) will play and start after reports swirled today that said he'd be out and others said he'd start the game on the bench. The rest of the Giants' inactives are: WR Steve Smith (shoulder), FB Robert Douglas, S Craig Dahl, OL Adam Koets, DT Manny Wright and G Kevin Boothe.
