does anyone have any info on the extent of schaub's head injury?

Not sure about a head injury. The play where Haynesworth fell on him and forced him to leave the game was a hip injury, I believe.

read this on espn

edit. ok now i see in the article that it is an injured hip, although the title is helmet to helmet hit...

HOUSTON -- Houston Texans quarterback Matt Schaub left Sunday's 38-36 loss against Tennessee for the second time after a helmet-to-helmet hit by Albert Haynesworth in the second quarter.

The Texans trailed 19-7 with a minute left in the first half when Haynesworth delivered the blow on Schaub, who threw incomplete. Haynesworth was whistled for a personal foul.

Schaub lay on the field for several minutes before gingerly jogging off. Team officials said Schaub injured his right hip and he did not return.

Sage Rosenfels replaced Schaub and fumbled, setting up a 28-yard field goal by Rob Bironas, his fifth of the half.

The Texans' offense mustered only 24 total yards in the opening half.

Schaub also left the game in the first quarter with a left ankle injury. He limped off the field and was taken to the locker room for X-rays, then jogged back to the sideline early in the second quarter.

Schaub has started every game for the Texans this season since being acquired from Atlanta early this year.

looks like there was an ankle injury as well :D

He injured the ankle first. He was taken to the locker room and taped up. Then he he took the hit from Haynesworth in the 2nd quarter and never returned after that.
