theeohiostate
Seems like the loss to New England has sent this Colts team on a downward slide. They looked horrible in the loss to the Chargers, looked bad at home against the Cheifs and were fortunate to get a win against a far less talented team..................and now freakin' ATLANTA is shutting out this offense and walking all over the defense. Homers.........you worried ?

Randall
The Falcons are trying what the Lions did today. Score field goals to the Packers touchdowns. After domination TOP 14-4 minutes they were only up by 6. It didn't take Manning time to go ahead.
CaptainHook
Massive injuries have finally caught up with this team. They have lost 3 defensive starters for the year (McFarland, Morris, Freeney). They have been without their #3 and #4 cornerbacks for a few weeks, leaving their kick returner to fill in as a nickel corner. They have also had problems keeping Keiaho healthy. Hagler has been nicked. On offense, Harrison, Ugoh, Addai, Clark, Gonzalez, Diem, Utecht, and Moorehead have been regulars on the injury report. They were able to deal with it for a while, but it's catching up. Not only do we need some guys to come back healthy, but we need guys to stop getting hurt. It's ridiculous. Rovers
Any other team in the NFL would have completey collapsed under the injury plague the Colts have endured. The fact that they are still winning is what should be discussed, not that they are struggling. With this many key injuries, any other team in the NFL would be getting killed, with the eception of the Pats, but they would not be running up the score with injuries like this team has gone through. What is wrong with the Colts? Not much, other than a rash of injuries that they have so far been able to overcome. Fishing thread, on my first impression. BeeR
Injuries have of course been huge, but it's not all that; I have seen more bad passes/decisions from Manning this year than any in a LONG time, and I swear if Wayne drops one more freakin pass....... Also I know Manning is a "classic" pocket passer, but I don't remember him being this Kosar-like in the pocket before.
FishFreak
C'mon, these guys are 9-2! Even at their injury plagued worst, they are still better than 80% of the NFL.
rellen13
C'mon, these guys are 9-2! Even at their injury plagued worst, they are still better than 80% of the NFL. 80% ???? Would'nt that mean there were six teams better than them? What six teams would you pick?
FishFreak
80% ???? Would'nt that mean there were six teams better than them? What six teams would you pick? If the Packers, Cowboys, Patriots, Jaguars, Steelers or Giants played the Colts RIGHT NOW with their injuries, I like those teams. Satisfied? xtra
If the Packers, Cowboys, Patriots, Jaguars, Steelers or Giants played the Colts RIGHT NOW with their injuries, I like those teams. Satisfied? Even though it was a bit ugly, you could even throw in the Chargers . Edited November 24, 2007 by xtra
