Bronco Billy
For what it is worth, DEN cut P Todd Sauerbrun today. Sauerbrun got liqoured up & assaulted a cabbie, I believe. Not that it's a hugh item, but just another negative in a season chock full of them. No link - radio report.
Bill Swerski
How often do you see a punter with anger management issues? Too bad, because he's one of the better punters in the league.

Philly got somebody off the street and he does OK Isn't Saurerburn the one who roided up?

You flag one down, get in and tell him to go somewhere, get out, and pay him. Scratching my head on this. Not saying it didn't happen, just that I don't see how it escalated to that point. According to the report, Sauerbrun took a cab home from a restaurant after going out to eat Friday night, but the driver asked him to get out because he was "belligerent." It's not clear what happened after that, but the Rocky Mountain News reports that the team is investigating whether Sauerbrun struck the cab driver in the back of the head. link
Ursa Majoris
not sure I'd agree with that, but I think they are all prety much the same. Don't agree with this. Bears - Vikes last night had two good punters on display and they did make a difference helping their teams to good field position for the most part. Having said that, the Bears could have started every possession on the Vikings 15 and still not scored any TDs.
