He gets a big raise (now the highest paid DC) and will be able to choose his staff when he finally takes a HC job. I would not want to go into Washington and not be able to pick my own coordinators. Spags has to get a ton of credit for the bruising stomp your face D we just saw dominate the playoffs. Funny how things change ,..
