tazinib1 Posted January 2, 2012 Author Share Posted January 2, 2012 I watched the link at nfl.com which suggested that several players were less than friendly to the media (hello, Bart Scott), that Santonio Holmes was escorted off the premises by NYJ staff and that there were some coaches "in tears." LT is apparently happy to speak with anyone who cares to ask him, but then he pretty much said he was likely to retire after the season. Couldn't happen to a nicer bunch of fellas. Methinks the Steelers letting Holmes walk should have alerted everyone to Holmes' complete lack of character. Exactly, I have never owned him in any league and he really isn't anything more then WR2 in fantasy or the NFL. I doubt the Jets even get back the 5th they gave up for him and I imagine they will just cut him and eat the contract. He is a loser with a capital L. Bart Scott is going nowhere. He has played very well for the Jets. So, he stormed out of the facility all pissed off after the team Made Rex cry. You can't make this stuff up. Ryan will probably go home and beg his wife to kick him in the face repeatedly with her bare feet. Woody Johnson will trade 3 first rounders and Mark Sanchez to the Colts so he can back up Luck. The Jets get in return... Peyton (Favre II) to save the franchise. Peyton will play one quarter and retire. Namath will once again critisize the organization, and once again be correct. Then he will disappear, likely buried in what was the old end zone of the old Giants stadium, rumored to be where some other notable people have been laid to rest. . I thouht LT was an ass when he played for San Diego, too. He's just an ass that does a lot of charity work. In this case, love the actions, hate the actor.
