Scorcher
David Johnson finished the year with 4 receiving TD's through his limited play. His last regular season game he had 88 yds. on 4 receptions so he seems to be an every down back. His value relies on how much playing time he gets with CJ and Ellington in the mix. BA Baracus
We all remember those ascending RB busts, but sometimes it works out when a RB's situation changes. See Micheal Turner, Priest Holmes, and Darren Sproles. Some of it is luck, some of it is evaluation, and a lot of it is understanding risk. Like I said, let someone else overpay... but... if you can score the guy at or below ADP, consider this: Arians had a very, very similar back in Edgerrin James in Indy. Size, stature, pass-catching ability, etc. We all know how that guy turned out.
pun
It was even worse 10 or 15 years ago when most fantasy footballers would draft 2 running backs in the first 2 rounds no matter which running backs were left. It was a golden period for those of us who drafted receivers early. This is the type of narrative you're not gonna get through any search function. Yeah i was somewhere, wasn't paying any attention to fantasy/football though.
Scorcher
Who will have the bigger fantasy impact? David Johnson or Todd Gurley, in that inept Rams offense? .D Johnson's value relies on how much playing time he gets with CJ and Ellington in the mix. Gurley's value relies on how much playing time he will get with Mason and Cunningham in the mix.

Wasn't that the question going into last year? Wasn't that like... kinda already answered?
