Wolverines Fan
Didn't see this posted. Hamstring, out. Fozzy getting the action in his place.

anismith
Wonder if it's worth picking up Fozzy
electricrelish
What a total nightmare! I was so high on him today.
etrain1234
Artis-Payne or Fozzy in waivers this week? 0.25 PPR.
electricrelish
Artis-Payne or Fozzy in waivers this week? 0.25 PPR. Artis-Payne is the pick. He was only inactive because unless JStew goes out, they don't need him to fill any other role.
loaf
Yeah, that's why Artis-Payne's been inactive for 2 weeks...
HowboutthemCowboys
Yeah, that's why Artis-Payne's been inactive for 2 weeks...that's been reported. I'll try to find the link later

stevegrab
Will miss a week or two it says, not sure I'd muck energy trying to guess on the JStew backup.
loaf
Artis-Payne looked good last year and in pre-season. I drafted him in the last round and there wasn't even a sticker for him in the draft kit. Write-in getting his shot!
XFlash
I would love to take a flier on him, but not sure. There must have been reasons for him being inactive the first 2 weeks. If he looked that great, he should not have been inactive.
loaf
apparently he doesn't play special teams
HowboutthemCowboys
The biggest problem imo is Cam (and or Tolbert) sniping short tds
etrain1234
Will miss a week or two it says, not sure I'd muck energy trying to guess on the JStew backup. That was the report before he had his MRI. I haven't been able to find any more recent reports since his MRI. Panthers are keeping it quiet for some reason. stevegrab
That was the report before he had his MRI. I haven't been able to find any more recent reports since his MRI. Panters are keeping it quiet for some reason. Strange he had the MRI on Monday, but no word yet on the results, or update on how long. It just seemed like a situation that was fluid and changing, with a RBBC by whoever places him, and with Cam taking some of it no matter who the RB is. Figured there are better options like DET and SD where guys are out for multiple weeks for sure (Woodhead for the year, and Abdullah now on IR, could return). etrain1234
Coach Ron Rivera said Jonathan Stewart (hamstring) could be out "two weeks, three weeks, four weeks." This sounds like a classic coach answer. Rivera is simply being facetious with his answer and not trying to tell the whole truth. Stewart has long been a slow healer, however, and hamstring issues in running backs and receiver can linger. Stewart seems pretty certain to miss multiple games. In his absence, OC Mike Shula said the Panthers will use a committee in the backfield. Thanks a lot, Coach.
