  1. It is a little more messed up than a shift. There are no rushing yards and interceptions shfited to the right would give Brady 4000+ rushing yards.
  2. I was looking at the projected stats, and it appears that data is in the wrong columns and the rushing yards are missing. It shows over 4000 interceptions for the top QB's and only 18 yards for the top RB. Any idea when this will be corrected?
  3. Another older RB I owned was Ottis Anderson: Ottis Jerome "O.J." Anderson (born January 19, 1957 In 1989, Anderson become the top running back for Bill Parcells' ball control offense and was named NFL Comeback Player of the Year. He scored a career high 14 rushing touchdowns, and rushed for 1,023 yards on 325 carries. He was also the top running back for the Giants the following year, when they won Super Bowl XXV, and was named Super Bowl MVP for his 102 yards and a touchdown on 21 carries. So here is another back that was going strong at 33.
  4. I found the answer to my question on his Wikipedia entry: Marcus LeMarr Allen (born March 26, 1960... ... he left Los Angeles to join the Kansas City Chiefs in 1993, that year he rushed for only 764 yards, but scored 12 touchdowns leading the AFC It looks like he was 33.
  5. Is Marcus Allen an example of a back who played great at 34? I don't remember how old he was, but I had him on my fantasy team when he was scoring TD's regularly for the Chiefs.
  6. At QB, Carson Palmer is ranked #2 ahead of Manning and Romo. I would think both Romo and Manning would be easily ahead of Palmer. It seems like he has been struggling lately. I have Palmer, so I would like to see him be the #2 guy. At Team Defense, Ravens are #1. They are middle of the road on turnovers and sacks. They do have a couple punt returns for touchdowns which ranks them 11th in our league's scoring system. Should they be that high? They just got dropped in my league and are available on waivers, but they don't seem to be much better than what I've got. Is there moe to Palmer and the Ravens than the statistics have shown so far?
  7. Fanball reports Rudi out: 10/21/07 02:56 PM THE NEWS Bengals running back Rudi Johnson will be inactive today because of a hamstring injury. Johnson, who was unable to practice all week, was listed as doubtful on the injury report. Our View Kenny Watson will receive the start in place of Johnson and should have a good day against the Jets. Rudi's status for Week 8 is a real question mark considering his lack of practice time this week and the lingering nature of hamstring injuries.
  8. When you have two studs. I have Carson Palmer and Romo. Both have been great this year. I consider Palmer my stud, but I'm playing Romo this week. I also have Steve Jackson, Barber and Jordan. I've played SJax each game and would have done better with the other two each week. It also probably depends on the D. If SJax were playing and going against the Vikes and the other 2 were going against weaker D's, I would bench SJax. But I would never bench Tomlinson if I had him.
  9. His numbers weren't great because there were a few carries where the Lions got into the backfield like there was nobody on the offensive line to block. He had 4 carries for losses where he didn't stand a chance. On the other runs, he looked good. You can be pretty confident that he will break the first attempted tackles where other runners would go down.
  10. One other thing to note is that if a QB holds for field goals and extra points, during this play the holder is not considered a QB, so the QB is supposed to change helmets so they are not wearing the green dot helmet
  11. Who is injury prone? It seems pretty common that players can quickly get this tag. Taylor had problems early in his career, but if I have it right he hasn't missed a game in 5 seasons. On the Sunday night game they were talking about where Taylor ranked in all time yardage. I don't remember for sure, but I think they said fifth. Remove the tag!
  12. Pick 1: Dunn @ Det Julius Jones vs Den Parker @ Ind Pick 2 (maybe 1 if Gates can play): Reggie Brown vs GB Housh vs Balt Engram vs NYG Gonzo vs NE Thanks!
  13. Pick one: 1pt =15 yds Gonzo at home vs Oak Engram at Arizona
  14. Pick 1 RB J Jones RB W Parker Pick 2 WR Roy Williams WR Housh WR Randle El
