I currently have Cole, but I noticed that Justin Smith, Avril, Clemons and Dumervil are all available on my WW. I only have the roster space for one DL. Should I keep Cole or should I pick someone else up? Here's my leagues scoring system: 1.5 pts per Solo 0.5 pts per assist 3 pts per sack 3 pts per INT 2 pts per FF 2 pts per FR 6 pts per TD 4 pts per safety 1 pt per pass defended 4 pts per blocked kick Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

keggerz Posted December 1, 2011 Share Posted December 1, 2011 DLs are inconsistent by nature....if I were you, I would look to pick and play based on each week's matchup...if you don't want to do that I would probably roll with Justin Smith....he won't be huge but he shouldn't bottom out either...the doughnut he had earlier this year i think was the 1st of his entire career...odds are it won't happen again. (couldn't swing it) Both are good match ups throughout the playoffs. I like Clemons marginally better but Dumervil has that LB exceptional quickness I covet in a DE. Clemons is playing Rams, Bears, and 49's Dumervil is playing Bears, Pats, Bills The Rams in week one made me vote Clemons. He is a feast/famine guy but I will be riding him pretty hard throughout the playoffs. I do like Smith but I have real concerns he will see far fewer snaps in the rotation as the Niners may not have anything of consequence to play for which is why I eliminated him.
