I have not been using exact measurements on some of this stuff so we will call it "to taste". 4 boneless skinless thighs and 2 breasts ( I poached them with some rosemary, chicken stock, peppercorns, half a lemon, and 2 bay leaf let cool and then cut to my liking) 1 peeled and cored granny smith apple diced 1/3 cup of halved red seedless grapes 1/4 cup toasted almonds chopped MIracle Whip to taste (some may say blastpheme but to each their own, use regular mayo) 1-2 tablespoons of garam mahsala Curry powder to taste Couple of dashes of Sriachia Roll up in a leaf of lettuce and go. Bier Meister Posted February 16, 2013 Share Posted February 16, 2013 Nothing wrong with what you posted. I throw in some cinnamon sticks in the poaching liquid. I like to go with either a shred or 1/4 inch dice. I am not a fan of mayo and use yogurt or sour cream. Use raisins and shreded carrots.
