General college basketball rules question

There must've been a substition scandal of epic proportions long long ago that they had to implement the most annoying item in sports history...the horn. Do we really still need a tractor-trailer blowing at us every 15 seconds to let us know someone needs a sub. It needs to be legal to strangle the person blowing the horn. Why does such a torture device exist?

 

Side note: Purdue's black leg man tights are the gayest thing in sports.

 

Side side note: I'm now a hugh Wisconsin Badgers fan. Them slow playing white boys play such a boring style of basketball that I just got the best nap in ages.

1968 scandal

 

in a game between Lehigh vs New hampshire

 

in last three minutes of the game ,new hampshire substituted 4 players without any knowing (since their was no horn ) and ended up outscoring lehigh by 18 to win the game

 

after the game lehigh's star player , scat jones , stated " i never seen defense like that , they were swarming everywhere "

 

Lehigh coach skip spinctar said " in all my years of coaching , i never saw a team move the ball to an open man as easy as new hampshire did "

 

...it took lehigh a few days after watching the game tape a number of times to finally launch a protest . They realized that they had no chance trying to play their 5 vs New Hampshire's 9 guys at one time and still win

 

sometimes i make up stories and babble but it makes me feel creative and literary
