This will be our first year not doing total FC/FS. We are splitting it, actually; first pickup is make a claim T-Fri and suckiest teams get first dibs....then Sat/Sun AM it's FC/FS for a 2d move. IMO this is the best of both worlds and allowing a max of 2 allows other teams a chance to get players.

How do you do it, thoughts, etc

With that type of league, "waivers" until Tues/Weds, then FCFS the rest of the week with no limit of tha amount of players a team can take. Waivers are done in rounds in order of worst-to-first order with a max of 1 pickup per team per round and the rounds end when there are no more requested pickups.

We do it the almost the same way, except claims are done T-Thursday, then on Friday, after the initial worst to first round, it's FC/FS.

No limit on the amount or pickups you want to do, but we are thinking of starting a fee in our league to do transactions (I posted a topic on this), so it may cut down on the amount of FC/FS pickups.
