Vet Posted September 13, 2005 Share Posted September 13, 2005 There was some debate as to what they would do if the Giants/Saints game did not sell out. Originally, the NFL said the regular black-out rules would apply - meaning the game would be blacked out in New York. But there was an uproar and apparently they were reconsidering. I'm sure now that they are trying to position it as a fund-raising event they will not black out the largest market in the country even if the game wasn't sold out (which I'm sure it will be).
