Swashbucklers
With Bulger most likely out this week, I need to start either Chris Simms @ SF or Holcomb @ NE on Sunday NIght. Predictions have Simms with 230 and 2tds and Holcomb with 220 and 1td. Which of these two studs would you go with? chinatown dragons
IF your just looking for a one week fill in, I'd go with Simms....Will the 49ers be able to put up ANY defense??? The Bills are playing Pats, Sunday night, 8:30 ESPN game, after a bye week....I think they'll be somewhat fired up to get back on track.... peepinmofo
Well, IIRC, Simms played well last time he was called in for injury (last year?). Then, when everyone thought he'd be the Bucs savior, he came in and sucked it up. With Holcumb you know youll get about 170 yards minimum and a score. Simms could either be all or nothing. Swashbucklers
Thanks! I was thinking of playing Simms but I will have to play him again next week as well with Bulger's bye. I played Holcomb last week and luckily got the win, but that 150 and 1-2 tds are not getting it done, Bulger-style. There is nothing left on the waiver wire, these are my best options. Any other thoughts?
