aggiebones
Who currently runs a 3-4?
Ziachild007
Pittsburgh Cleveland San Francisco Houston (did in '05, but I imagine they will go to a 4-3 with Kubiak) There may be one or two others that I am forgetting.
Bring Back Pat!!!
Technically New England does as well, although they use many formations in a game, the percentage of 3-4 is probably lower than many of the others listed.

TripleW64
The Cowboys used the 3-4 for a hign percentage of their snaps this past season. i believ Houston uses the 3-4 also.
Easy n Dirty
There's alot of talk that Mangini will switch the Jets over to a 3-4 next year - bad news if you're Dewayne Robertson, who will probably be asked to play the nose tackle spot. godtomsatan
Don't most AFC teams run a 3-4, or variation thereof?
CaptainHook
Don't most AFC teams run a 3-4, or variation thereof? 1283774[/snapback] Some teams have variations of a 3-4 in their defensive playbook, but don't use them much. Indy, Jax, Cincinnati, KC, Denver, Oakland, Jets, Tennessee, and Buffalo all are basically a 4-3. Several teams are hybrids like New England and Baltimore. Although I think Baltimore used a lot more 4-3 this year than last. I think Miami experimented with the 3-4 this year too, using Jason Taylor as a linebacker at times. Houston, Pittsburgh, and SD are the only teams that run a true 3-4 most of the time in the AFC.
