BigMikeinNY
Very shallow keeper league. Only 8 teams, that's why my team looks good on the outside, but its average compared to the rest. Standard scoring with the Flex. 3 keepers each year. Only one player can be kept consecutive years....... So, I plan on keeping LJ for the next few years to come. ONLY KEEP 3 LJ Edge Lamont Jordan Owens Boldin I say go in with the 3 rb's because I have a backfield that no one be able to touch. Part of me wants TO or Boldin, but dont really wanna give up a RB (confused in NY) Any suggestions would be VERY helpful!!
pistolpete2432
Trade a 2 for 1 for sure just make sure you keep lj and id probably go in with three rbs, just upgrade one by packaging them with a wr
broncosn05
Edge and LJ because I think they are the best 2 RBs you have and then TO because you only need him for one year. Edited June 18, 2006 by broncosn05
Haskel
I'd keep LJ and Edge....then I'd try to package Jordan & TO for another top-tier RB. If no one bites, I'd probably keep Jordan for the same reason you mentioned (tough backfield). Then again...what's your draft position? If you have one of the top picks, I might be tempted to go with TO if I had a decent shot at another "Jordan-calibar" RB. That could change the advice given as well. Good Luck! XXXXX
LJ & Edge as your RBs. LaMont may have a better season than Edge this season, but Edge is a more talented back and should start to show it once that Arizona line gets fixed up a bit. I'd try and get a deal for either another Top-Tier RB (which with TO/Boldin/LaMont should be doable), or a WR named Chad Johnson.
jake_the_builder
I think the two best WR's for the upcoming year will be Fitz/TO, so if you are gonna keep a WR, you would be better off with TO unless you like Fitz better(which I do). I would keep LJ/TO and try to package Edge/LJordan for either LT2, SA or even Portis. I don't believe Edge will have a big year this year and LJordan, who knows with him. XXXXX
If you really wanna go with a WR, keep Fitz. He will be catching more balls this season in Arizona than TO could dream of getting. Not to mention Fitz is dramatically younger than TO, and plays for an offense that likes to stretch the field. A Parcell's WR doesn't compare to Fitz, even if it is someone with TO's ability. Disposable Hero
Being an 8 team league I'd keep LJ/TO & Edge. You should still be able to get a quality 3rd RB with only eight teams but I doubt TO will be around long if you let him go. This gives you 2 top 10 RB's and a legit #1 WR. I think TO is going to be nasty this year.
gijunky
assuming that you start 2 rbs and 2 to 3 wrs, I would keep LJ and edge and TO. I think TO will outperform Boldin, and other than trade bait and depth, what good will a third RB on the bench do you? Having TO out there every week performing will be worth more in the long run than a third RB on the bench scoring points that don't count. Keeping 3 RB's is nice, but you can still keep a great WR and possibly redraft that RB later.

DamDarDan
I would without a doubt keep Larry Johnson!! - no justification needed secondly, I would keep Lamont Jordan - He will be the go to guy all year in Oakland (there is no other talent) not too mention is a bit younger and has a lot less hits on him than does edge and with the O-line of the Cards, that will not change this year. Fitz and Boldin will steal a lot of touches from Edge. third, I would go with Boldin - once again a younger player with a slight drop off initially, but many better years ahead of him than TO. Not too mention, he will not be doubled nearly as often as TO, w/ Fitz playing along side of him... and he will play the entire year this year and in upcoming years, not being limited by his mental capacity, unlike TO.
