CarryTheRock
I thought I was pretty much going to have the decision taken from me and have to start Eli with Favre's injury. now I hear Favre is throwing well in practice. I have started him the last few weeks over Eli. Does anyone think Eli is going to snap out of it? WDIS, Favre or Eli? Must win out, the playoffs start now for me. ts
Flip a coin ... maybe 200/1 for both? Favre could generate a few more yards, but could easily offset that with an extra INT. My magic 8-ball says try Eli this week.
Ursa Majoris
Eli has looked truly dreadful recently. Favre will likely throw a lot to try and keep up at Seattle. I am glad it's not me making this decision - on balance I'd go Eli because at least he'll be in there the whole game. Favre might not. slickvick
I like Eli to bounce back this week but with his recent struggles I fully expect the Giants to run and run often vs. the Titans. He should throw a couple TD's but with a lower yardage total. CarryTheRock
I wonder about the running. I could see Coughlin say "I'm not going to run just because Tiki tells me too" but they can run all day on the Titans.
razorbacks@alltel.net
i agree with the other poster who made the comment about favre playing the entire game. i think favre will start the game but i'm not sure he'll finish. i think he wants to keep the consecutitive game streak alive, but i have a feeling he won't finish the game. also seattle seems to be a different defense at home and especially on monday night.
