jknyc1
Guys, This is the first week of our playoffs and I'm in a bind about wh to start at QB. Would you go with: Leinart at home vs. Denver McNair at home vs. Cleveland My other option is Kitna but he throws too many INTs and gives up too may fumbles despite the nice matchup vs. GB Thought? Help PLEASE!!
Red Barons
My gut would be Leinert even though Im playing him this week.
The Hurtings
So are you penalized for the INTs and FBs? If no, I would consider Kitna vs the Packers. Otherwise, I think McNair may get it done. Champ Baily is tough against one of the ARZ receivers. Good Luck.
Bonedaddies
Leinart will have to throw the ball 2x as many times as McNair... the question is how many blue spamshirts catch the passes vs. red ones??? I like Leinart Edited December 17, 2006 by Bonedaddies

I like Leinart Thanks BD. That IS the question. We get penalized 2 points per turnover, that's why I'm sitting Kitna. It seems McNair is the safe choice from a no turnover perspective, but that Leinart has the higher upside on TDs. Such is my dilemma! Any other thoughts? Matt is still learning and I think will protect the ball better, I do NOT think McNair will outscore him even if he does throw 1/2 picks. AZ is tough at home, they may win the game (did I say that out-loud?) Edited December 17, 2006 by Bonedaddies

Jauggernauts
I agree with Bonedaddies. GO Leinart! He's going to have sucess throwing the ball. Look at Rivers to Gates last week.
sfniner_fan
I gotta go with Leinart. He has played well as of late, and although Champ shuts down one side, he can't cover Fitz, Boldin, and Johnson going deep! Matt should post solid numbers. Denver has NO pass rush to speak of!
