cmutts Posted December 17, 2006 Share Posted December 17, 2006 This is a 12 team mandatory 3 keeper league. Nobody who was drafted in the first 4 rounds can be kept. I am keeping LJ for a 6th and Maurice Drew for a 12th. My final two options are Leinart and Barber III. The question lies in who is the better value both short and long term. Leinart was drafted in the 14th round and league rules state he would cost a 12th. Since I am already losing a 12th he would then cost an 11th. Barber was a 7th round pick. Since LJ cost a 6th he would then cost a 5th. Here lies the dilemma. Who would you rather have? Leinart would basicly be a keeper for life where as Barber could be kept for only 2 years. Granted a potential stud RB for a 5th is a steal. This league rewards QB's favorably. 6 pt passing td's, 1 pt every 20 yards and no int penalties.
