LBICrabman
Ok guys, semifinals this week and I am playing against the guy who has LT. That is the majority of his points, although he does have Willie Parker (who is facing the Ravens). Anyway, I have to start 3 RB's. I am starting Gore and McGahee and my 3rd RB is a tossup between Jones-Drew and Ronnie Brown (who should play against the Jets). One part of me says stay with Jones-Drew, but his calf injury, coupled with the fact that he is facing the Patriots scares me. On the other hand Ronnie Brown does play the weak Jets run D, but will be be rusty? Any insight that you guys can provide is greatly appreciated. NFLChick
Miami hasn't been doing jack on offense, so I don't see why they would start now. Go with your gut. Jones-Drew is your man. Yes, he has that calf injury, but from what I've read it's not serious and he has the potential of a future stud RB.
JetFanMike
Mojo Drew has the calf injury, but Fred Taylor has a bad hammy. So you COULD end up getting a relatively healthy Mojo getting all the carries. I DO think Ronnie Brown would be a great play if you knew he was playing; the problem is the possibility that Ronnie either splits time with Sammy Morris or gets declared inactive again -- this is obviously a major issue with a Monday night game... What I probably would do if I were you and it's possible is pick up Sammy Morris as insurance. Then start Gore and McGahee and Ronnie, with the option of switching to Morris at the last minute IF Ronnie is declared out.
Happy Hour
both of them are facing the all week review injury status. once you see that either of them is fully healthy, start that one. if it looks equal, start brown, the jets can't stop the run
Ron Burgundy
MJD as long as he's playing. I have Brown but I'm worried that he's going to take 1 hit on the hand and come out. At best, I see a 60/40 split w/ him and Morris.
