I'd have a hard time drafting a backup before I had my roster set, kickers and defenses aside. A RB in a RBBC is a different story, as in grabbing them both, but grabbing Turner who won't get any real touches before I have a starting lineup is tough to do imo.

I agree with Hugh but if it's a keeper league you have to keep in mind that he is likely going somewhere else as a starter next year and could potentially be a top 10 RB. So there may be guys trying to snag him around the 9th or 10th round. That's about as long as I would wait in most cases.

I totally agree and would target him in the 9th round. I think that SD will give LT more rest this year and Turner proved last year that he was an effective back and would probably be a starter in almost any other team without an LT.

 

Just wondering for other LT owners which rounds Turner is being picked up.

It is a 2 man keeper which I failed to mention and that was my exact sediments in prompting this question and really if there is not an adequate depth in your RB's should LT go down, I think your season goes down along with him.
