Horsemen
I am in a 14 team keeper/w salary cap. We keep 5 and mine are Alex Smith, Travis Henry, Reggie Wayne, Chris Cooley and Michael Turner. I kept Turner more for the next 4 years. He was more apealing than my other options. My question is i have the 3rd pick in the draft and will most likly be choosing btween Edge, Lynch, or Peterson. Lynch and Peterson have better keeper possibilities than Edge, but he might help more this year. Who would you take. Have to take running back as most of the round will be RB. We just added 1/2 point per reception this year. We start 1QB 2RB 2WR 1TE 1K 1DEF Edited August 22, 2007 by Horsemen
Pack04
I say you draft peterson and play for the future and hope he pans out and you get lucky with him this year and he puts up decient numbers for ya.
Grits and Shins
I draft one of the rookie RBs and hope for the best this year ... their future upside is too much to pass up even though Edge might prove more effective this year. Adrian is very highly touted but I have concerns about his ability to stay healthy. Lynch is flying a little more under the radar but goes to a poorer team. G.K.Trey
I agree you should take one of the rookies, I would lean toward Lynch as he will probably do more this year and you will have Turner going somewhere next year so that will be a help for the future . That said C Taylor will prob go down 1st week and Peterson will end up a monster!
