monstersean Posted August 27, 2007 Share Posted August 27, 2007 I would say that it depends upon the size of your league, your abilities to work the waiver wire, and your leagues rule pertaining to the waiver wire(when you can start to pick players up after each game). That said, Unless your league starts 2 QB's and is more than 12 teams, I would take a flyer on someone else. OAK's line will not be kind to a QB who is recovering from a major knee injury that will severely limit his mobility. That being said, if he shows any positive signs, pick him up on your waiver before anyone else in your league does if you need a QB badly. Rams Fan Posted August 27, 2007 Share Posted August 27, 2007 I picked him up at the end of a 16 team league draft.... I am hoping that he'll post good numbers playing catch up for a few weeks and one our teams will be desperate for a starter! I don't see Russell getting on the field early enough this year to contribute and the other 2 QB's are crap.
