chumpian
I'm in a 3 player keeper league. My keepers are Shaun Alexander, Laurence Maroney, & Ronnie Brown and I have second pick overall in the draft. I have a trade offer of Peyton Manning for Shaun Alexander. Should I keep the 3 running backs. Or should I trade Shaun Alexander and look to draft another RB (perhaps a Marshawn Lynch) knowing I can only play 2 running backs anyways. dabuffbills
Not knowing the scoring system, number of teams, starting lineup, ect., I would say do the trade. You said you can only start 2 RBs, so I think you're fine with Maroney and Brown. Then you could have Peyton and draft a WR in the first round. Bushey
Is Drew Brees available? Tom Brady? I would not do that trade if quality is still there. Ronnie Brown and Maroney is not a for sure thing. Alexander is the real deal.
Doc Holliday
I am usually against any trade that gives up a quality back for a QB (even Peyton). But since you can start 2 RB's and have the 2nd pick in the draft this trade does make sense for you. I probably still would not do it but I can understand why someone would.
