Montana is da Man
1 point per 40 yards passing, 6 points for all TD's. No losses of point for INT's. Who will have the better season and serve my team better as a back up to Matt Leinart?
mistercrinkles
I'd start Leinart every week, especially given that there's no loss of points for INTs. I'd have to say Alex Smith would be the better backup, although it could go either way. Houston will most likely be playing a lot of games from behind. But Schaub is a question mark, even though he looks good in preseason. You'd have to take Smith if he came to you, but I wouldn't draft him too high, backup qb doesn't have as much value as a deeper RB and WR core. FordFairlane
I'd go with Alex Smith because he's already had a season as a starter, and has better weapons than Schaub.

Gros Membres!
I like Smith chances this year, I'd give Schaub a year and one more draft to let the Texans get sorted out.
