Randall
Not a surprise to those of us watching Burleson the last few years. Seahawks WR Hackett Likely To Start Danny O'Neil, Seattle Times - It looks like it will be D.J. Hackett starting at the WR2 spot this Sunday when the Seattle Seahawks host the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, though WR Nate Burleson has earned significant playing time. http://blog.seattletimes.nwsource.com/seah...tapp_or_fisher/
MERLINS
He should be a good play. I just hope NB doesn't chip into him too much this season..........I am counting on him this year to perform.
peepinmofo
Also not a surprise for those of us that remember him last year. He might be #2 now, but I wouldnt be shocked if he ended up with the #1 numbers in SEA.
Seahawks21
Also not a surprise for those of us that remember him last year. He might be #2 now, but I wouldnt be shocked if he ended up with the #1 numbers in SEA. He will end up being #1a. He won't have Branch's reception total, but should be very close in yards and should lead the team in receiving TD's, as he is the only receiver on this team that actually goes up and makes plays on the ball in the air. I'm looking for 70-1100-8 from him, I just wish that I was in some leagues that weren't based in Seattle so I could get my hands on him. This said, Burleson has looked VERY good in the preseason. He can't be as bad as he was last year, he just can't be. I expect him to have a couple pretty decent games this year. Fantasy owners beware....since Hackett is not a practice player, he really has never been one of Holmgren's favorite players, so the Big Show will give Burleson every opportunity to play. The good news is that Hasselbeck is a big fan of Hackett, so if he stays on the field, he is going to produce.
