DCMartin Posted September 14, 2007 Share Posted September 14, 2007 I know to never bench my studs, but knowing what we know (LJ not up to regular season form) and facing a tough Chicago D... do I bench LJ and T.Gonzo for the likes of Lamont Jordan and Eric Johnson? BS Miscreant Posted September 14, 2007 Share Posted September 14, 2007 I see where you going with that thinking but Jordan doesn't exactly have a cakewalk @ Den and Johnson was the beneficiary of the Saints not being able to do anything else. Asskickas Posted September 15, 2007 Share Posted September 15, 2007 LJ had 10 carries last week. He'll bounce back. 27 carries and 70 yds and a td aren't too much of a stretch for him. Huard will get better as the season moves on. I do feel your pain though.
