I'd say Cooley or Watson are your 2 best with Watson having a slight edge due to high powered offense in NE. Cooley however, is the best option in Wash. passing game in red zone. Other Wash. Cooley Heap Watson Daniels He's basically been the only red zone target for the Skins and I don't see that changing any time soon. Heap will suffer from a fossilized McNair, Watson will be too hot and cold, and Daniels is not on the level of the other guys yet.
