Plax is hard to give up, but Welker is going to be decent all year and Johnson will get healthy in time for your playoff push. I think the dividends will show up in 3-4 weeks, not right away. Jones plays for the Jets and when Pennington's arm falls off, teams will just stack the line and take away Jone's running lanes. Rudi has Carson Palmer, TJ Housh, and C. Johnson to help him out. Also, Jones had 2 good years with the Bears behind a good O-line. Still only had 6 and 9 TDs. Rudi has had 12 TD's for 3 years straight. He will break out this year when he gets healthy. chinatown dragons Posted October 20, 2007 Share Posted October 20, 2007 I think Rudi struggles all season long....he wasnt exactly lighting it up BEFORE the hamstring problem, and feel that he never gets quite up to speed.... Cincy, in general, is struggling.....but, on flip side, you do get Kenny Watson and Welker....so, getting the BACKFIELD for Cincy....solid receiver in Welker, for a GREAT receiver in Burress and a RB who gets little playing time... go for it Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
