I wouldn't say "full strength", but I imagine at least 90%. The fact that he practiced fully on Thursday and Friday and that he played at JAX back in October or whenever it was suggests that they're being overly-cautious with him. And I have no problem with that. I get the feeling that Polian is the one holding him back, especially since he gave Marvin a $67 million deal three years ago.
