Rileyrott
I've been offered Shaun Alexander for Jay Cutler. I have Romo and really only needed Cutler for Romo's bye week 8. I plan on playing Romo the rest of the year. I am in RB hell, with T.Henry facing suspension (I don't have S. Young), T. Jones in the NYJ mess, A.Green constantly injured, and facing a week 10 where my only 2 RB options are Willie Parker and Najeh Davenport, both with PIT (due to byes). Of course, if T.Henry does NOT get suspended, then I can use him week 10, but.............................? I'm tempted to do this trade, as some of the available QB's on the WW are: Marc Bulger (STL) Matt Schaub (HOU) (injured, but should be back week 11) Damon Huard (KC) plus a host of serviceable #2's. Should I make this trade?
jayjay1
I would. What have you got to lose? I would pickup a backup QB and hope that Alexander finally does something the second half of the year.
peteteacher2001
With your RB situation you almost have to. Then make the sign of the cross, and pray that he gets more than 45 yards a game. As an SA owner, what a disappointment he has been to my team this year. BUT, you have nothing to lose.

Rileyrott
OK, made the deal. You all are right, nothing to lose, and I pray to the fantasy gods that SA gets back on track. He might, since Seattle gets their WR's back this week. Thanks all!

Well, look at it this way, I'd rather have a player that I know can get it done than to have one that might get it done
Wies
That was a good trade. Thanks for answering mine!
