Broken Posted November 13, 2007 Share Posted November 13, 2007 I was just offered FWP & Huard for Big Ben & TO in my keeper league. Thinking about it, but not sure I can do it. I will say bye to Ben no problem as I have Romo, but losing TO leaves me with Evans, Jennings & CJ2 @ WR in a start 2 WR league. I could use the RB help though as SA sucks, LJ is hurt & Maroney doesn't do jack. I do have KJ though. Behind them just Fargas & K. Smith. We can only keep 2 RBs & I picked Ronnie Brown up on waivers after the owner dropped him when he got put on IR. So I was planning on keeping LJ & Brown next year. If I grabbed FWP that would create a nice dilemma. In a perfect world, I'd trade 1 in the offseason for a WR upgrade, but this league rarely trades. :thumbdown: What does everyone think here? Basically, you are giving TO and Big Ben - a top 3 WR and a top 5 QB to get a top 12 RB as Huard has already lost his job. As deals go, this one stinks. Just because you can "afford" to make this deal does not mean you should do it. For the sake of your team, you should shop this deal around or consider lowering this offer or changing it completely.
