The Jets also have some decisions to make at wide receiver. Laveranues Coles, who had a setback to his high-ankle sprain when a trainer's table fell on him Saturday, was available for only one play. The Jets might consider placing him on IR.

Doesn't matter now. His 0.0 this past weekend has me on the outside watching.

:D

lets just say that he is my #1 WR in 32 homers :D

and i will be starting 2 of these WRs:

Andre Davis, Jacoby Jones, Robert Ferguson(at least we get some points for return yards)

so I will be starting:

Pitt TMQB

Westy

2 of ADavis, Ferguson, Jacoby Jones

Cooley

Philly TMPK

Philly D/ST

and i am lucky enough to face this team:

NYJ TMQB

Jamal Lewis

Driver & Jennings

Gonzo

GB TPK

GB D/ST

Jets place WR Coles on IR with ankle injury

Associated Press

NEW YORK -- The New York Jets placed receiver Laveranues Coles on injured reserve Saturday because of an ankle injury that has bothered him for several weeks.

Coles, known throughout his eight-year career for his toughness and ability to play through pain, suffered a high left ankle sprain early in the Jets' 19-16 overtime win against Pittsburgh on Nov. 18. He missed New York's game at Dallas four days later on Thanksgiving, but returned for the Jets' next game at Miami, where he had five catches for 69 yards.

Coles caught seven passes for 48 yards the following week against Cleveland, but lasted just one play last Sunday at New England after aggravating the ankle the day before in a bizarre incident at the team hotel when the trainer's table fell on it while he was getting treatment.

Coles finished the season with 55 catches for 646 yards and six TDs.
