My father-in-law has been collecting stamps his entire life and he thought that maybe it might be interesting to get into contact with other stamp collectors from different countries (he is Swiss) and possibly trade stamps with them. (He's not really interested in buying or selling stamps, but mostly just looking for a way to trade his duplicate stamps for other people's duplicate stamps. (I'm guessing that most of his stamps have little monetary value, he mostly collects for fun.) Any help, advice or links would be appreciated.
